Cancellation & returns
You can cancel your Contract with us at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us for our authorisation.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel your Contract with us, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are unused & re-packaged adequately in the original packaging to protect against damage.
If you refuse the delivery on the grounds that you no longer want the goods, we reserve the right to charge you the direct cost of the return shipping passed onto us by the carriers.
Any premium shipping cost paid above our free delivery offer will not be refunded.
If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange to collect during the normal working day* at an unspecified time & we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us & this results’ in damage or deterioration of the goods, we may charge you for any reduction in value.
*Note: - Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered normal 'working' days.
