  • Preacher Pad - with adjustable height for isolating bicep muscles.
  • Stepper Unit - 3 position adjustable self-returning pressurised hydraulic stepper, ideal for warming up and cooling down before and after your anaerobic workout or simply to burn extra calories.
  • VKR - Vertical Knee Raise station for strengthening core muscles.
